These terms and conditions outline your obligations as a member of netcashback.co.uk and our obligations to you.  They do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms apply to our site only and you should check the terms of the merchant sites.

By signing up to netcashback, you agree to the terms outlined below.  We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

1.  Membership and Accounts

Only 1 (one) account per person is allowed and you must reside in the United Kingdom.  We reserve the right to refuse membership.
What we deem as duplicate and fraudulent accounts, will be removed without notice.  Our decision is final.

Accounts that are deleted by netcashback, will forfeit all their cashback earnings.

Any accounts not used for 365 days, will be removed and all earnings deleted.

2.  Payments

The payment threshold is £25 and can either be via cheque, Paypal or Amazon Gift Vouchers.  This can be requested at any time, by submitting a request from the members section.  We will use the details in your account for payment.  We take no responsibility for incorrect details.

Payments are made within 28 days.  This is to allow for merchants returns policies and any chargebacks.

3.  Cashback

Cashback is only earnt from the members section of the site, using the links provided there.  You must login to your account for us to track the cashback.

The amount of cashback on offer is displayed next to each merchant.  We reserve the right to change the amount of cashback at any time.

The cashback will be added to your account after the merchant has confirmed the transaction.  This is typically within 7 working days, although we have to allow for the returns and reversed sales.

We track the transactions ourselves and through third party providers.  Once a sale has been made, the details are then passed to us.  Cookies are used to track these transactions, please ensure they are not being blocked by your browser or other software.

Should cashback not be added, please report it to us and we will endeavour to get the cashback for you.
We cannot be held responsible for the merchant to fail to track the sale.  The merchant's decision is final.

4.  Newsletters

We will send out emails to you, announcing new merchants and various offers.  A valid email must be used when you set up your account.

Your email will never be passed onto anyone else.  We are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act.  For more information, please see our privacy policy.

5.  Copyright

All content and scripts contained on this site are the copyright of Netcashback Ltd. or it's content providers.  No content may be reproduced without prior consent.

6.  Other

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

We, Netcashback Ltd, make no guarantee as to the provision of the website - www.netcashback.co.uk

Should we have to close the site, we will make every attempt to pay out all cashback greater than the payment threshold.
